What’s New
Meeting summary emails now include the AI recap, meeting overview, and action items rather than requiring a separate visit to find the details. This builds on the May release of summary-ready notifications.

Sales and service teams can review decisions and start follow-up where they already work, without checking repeatedly for completed analysis.
What’s Included
- Summary-ready in-app and email notifications for authorized team members.

How to Use It
- Open GREENstick Business App → CRM → My Meetings → Meeting settings → Calendar settings.
- Connect your calendar and enable Automatically record and transcribe my meetings under Recording settings.
- Manage App and Email preferences under Notification Settings → Meeting Summary Ready.
Good to Know
Meeting analysis requires the appropriate CRM AI recording features. External meeting participants do not receive the internal summary-ready notifications.
