What’s New
Submitted form values now overwrite the corresponding CRM fields. Field Change History also records changes made by people, forms, AI, or the system.
Why It Matters
Customer corrections can replace stale details, while teams can trace how important record information changed.
What’s Included
- Automatic field updates from submitted form values.
- Previous and new values in the record’s change history.
- Attribution for the user or process responsible for the change.
How to Use It
- Open GREENstick Business App → CRM and select a contact, company, or opportunity.
- Use the History icon at the top right to inspect field changes.
Good to Know
Form submissions can replace existing values, so review mapped fields carefully. The source specifies Starter or above for Field Change History.
